Martin Ward is our Corporate Finance Partner. Martin has many years experience of assisting businesses to raise finance, and to devise and execute appropriate Strategic Plans for growing businesses and those in need of “Turnaround”. Martin’s skills complement those of the rest of the DoddRescue team to provide restructuring advice to a business that is facing financial difficulties.
Martin also leads our independent business review team that performs Due Diligence on behalf of banks and investors before they provide finance to a business, and or to advise them with regard to the financial realities facing businesses in need of financial assistance. This often includes a rigorous review and critiquing of financial projections, and is a service that is also available to the owners/managers of a business.
